Withdrawing your money is simple - just follow the steps below based on which wallet you're withdrawing from 👇

💷 SAR Wallet (KSA Stocks)

Open the app → Account → Withdraw → Specify the amount → Submit ✅

💵 USD Wallet (US Stocks)

You cannot withdraw USD directly. You must first convert your USD to SAR, then withdraw:

Step 1️⃣ Open the app → Account → Exchange → Convert USD to SAR Step 2️⃣ Once converted, follow the SAR withdrawal steps above

⏱️ Conversion timing:

⚠️ Important: If you recently converted SAR to USD, a 1-business-day settlement (T+1) is required before you can convert it back to SAR.

🏦 Bank Account Eligibility

Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered under YOUR name, from the banks available in the withdrawal list in the app.

📅 Settlement Period After Selling Stocks

When you sell a stock, the funds are not immediately available for withdrawal. Settlement periods are:

🇸🇦 Saudi Market (KSA Stocks) — 2 business days (T+2) Funds will be available for withdrawal 2 business days after your trade is executed.

🇺🇸 US Market (US Stocks) — 1 business day (T+1) Funds will be available for withdrawal the next business day after your trade is executed.
